Labor and Employment
The attorneys in the Labor and Employment practice group at Waldrop & Hall continually make it a top priority to stay abreast of developments in every facet of Labor and Employment Law. We share our expertise in sessions presented for employers at their businesses or at off-site locations by conducting training seminars to educate these employers on issues such as how to implement measures to prevent unlawful discrimination and how to respond appropriately to allegations of unlawful acts in the workplace. We also regularly represent employers in both State and Federal courts as well as before administrative agencies such as the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division. We are available to both advise and litigate in areas such as Age, Race, and Gender Discrimination, Americans with Disabilities Act, Covenants Not to Compete, Employment Contracts, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Retaliatory Discharge, Sexual Harassment, and Workers' Compensation.
