Practice

Mr. Bush, a native of Clarksville, Tennessee, is an associate with Waldrop & Hall. He joined the firm in 2007. His practice includes work in the areas of insurance defense litigation, business litigation, and collections. Mr. Bush is admitted to practice law in Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Education

Mr. Bush was a legislative assistant to Congressman Ed Bryant from 2000 to 2002, focusing on issues under the jurisdiction of the Energy and Commerce Committee. Upon leaving Washington, he attended the Nashville School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2007. Mr. Bush graduated from Union University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science..

Professional Memberships / Affiliations

Mr. Bush is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, Jackson-Madison County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division, Republican National Lawyers Association and Federalist Society.  Mr. Bush currently serves as the Chairman of the Madison County Young Republicans.
