Practice

Mr. Little, a native of Jackson, Tennessee, is a partner with Waldrop & Hall. He joined the firm in 1991 and later became a partner in 1996. His practice includes work in the areas of automobile litigation, personal injury, legal and medical malpractice defense, products liability and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.  He is a Supreme Court Rule 31 listed general civil mediator and currently mediates disputes in all of his practice areas.  Mr. Little was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 1991. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Education

In 1991, Mr. Little received his J.D. with honors from the University of Tennessee. While in law school, he published an article entitled Recent Developments in the Tennessee Law of Uninsured Motorist Insurance, 58 Tenn. L. Rev. 413 (Spring 1991). He was also the Assistant Editor for the Tennessee Law Review in 1990-1991. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Lambuth College in 1987, where he graduated magna cum laude. He also received a Postgraduate Diploma with distinction from the University of Warwick in Coventry, England in 1989.

Professional Membership / Affiliations

Mr. Little is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, where he currently serves as the West Tennessee Delegate to the Tort and Insurance Practice Section. He is also a member of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Jackson Madison County Bar Association, where he served as president in 1996-1997.
