Practice

Mr. Kendall is a partner with Waldrop & Hall. He joined the firm in 1985. His practice areas include business law, commercial law, employment law, health insurance law, and worker’s compensation defense. Mr. Kendall was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 1984. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Education

In 1983, Mr. Kendall received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1980, where he graduated with high honors.

Mr. Kendall is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law, Health Law, Labor and Employment Law, Tort and Trial Insurance Sections), Tennessee Bar Association (TBA Law Office Technology and Management Section Executive Council), Defense Research Institute, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, Claims & Litigation Management Alliance and National Association of Subrogation Professionals. He is also a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association where he served as President 2008 - 2009 and was the recipient of the Pro Bono Award in 1996.
