Mr. Kendall, a native of Nashville, Tennessee, is a partner with Waldrop & Hall. He joined the firm in 1985. His practice areas include business law, commercial law, employment law, insurance law, and worker’s compensation defense. Mr. Kendall was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 1984. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western Districts of Tennessee.
Education
In 1983, Mr. Kendall received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1980, where he graduated with high honors.
