Practice
Mr. Hayden, a native of Jackson, Tennessee, is an associate with Waldrop & Hall. He joined the firm in 2009. His practice includes work in the areas of education law, employment law, health law, insurance law, professional liability defense, and technology law. Mr. Hayden is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
Education
Mr. Hayden graduated from Union University, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology. In 2009 Mr. Hayden received his J.D. from the University Of Tennessee College Of Law. While in law school Mr. Hayden was selected for membership by the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy where he served on the journal’s board of directors as its Research Editor. During law school Mr. Hayden also participated in the Federalist Society, Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, Christian Legal Society, and the University of Tennessee Advocacy Clinic.

Mr. Hayden is a member of the Jackson Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Jackson Madison County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
